Nefrytowa 4, acting as the controller of your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), processes personal data solely for lawful purposes. We process personal data because such processing is necessary for the purpose of handling the matter reported to us by telephone.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Controller (handling the reported matter, defending against potential claims or for the purpose of pursuing claims) as well as the protection of the interests of the data subject. If, during the call, personal data concerning health or other special category personal data are provided to us, the legal basis for their processing shall be the necessity to establish, pursue or defend the Controller’s claims, as well as the protection of the interests of the data subject.
The period for which we intend to process personal data depends on the matter under consideration, and after that period we may retain the data for no longer than the limitation period for any potential claims arising under generally applicable provisions of law. Where the recording constitutes evidence in proceedings conducted under the law, or where the Controller has become aware that it may constitute evidence in proceedings, this period shall be extended until the final conclusion of such proceedings.
Recipients of personal data may include entities authorised to obtain personal data under the provisions of law.
Each natural person whose personal data we process is entitled to the following rights: the right of access to data, the right to rectify their data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to erasure of personal data, and the right to data portability.
The above rights of the person shall be exercised after consideration of all premises and obligations incumbent on D.R.E. Sp. z o.o., as well as after positive verification of the identity of the person who requests the exercise of their rights.
Personal data shall not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.
In connection with the processing of personal data, each person has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
